1. Where is the shipment sent from?

  • In order to provide our customers around the world with affordable shipping prices, products are shipped from a warehouse located in Poland.

2. What's the delivery time?

  • This largely depends on where you live and the shipping method you choose.
  • The average waiting time is 7-10 business days.

3. My package has not arrived yet!

  • Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, some orders may take longer than usual, but please don't worry. Your parcel is definitely on its way! If you have not received your shipment after 30 days from placing your order, please contact us. Our customer service team will be able to check the status of your order.

  • Yes, we deliver our products throughout Europe.
  • In case your address is unavailable for shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to fulfill your order.

  • In the message, enter your details, e-mail and shipping details
  • Please note that once the shipment has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the delivery details.

1. I have changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

  • Yes, you have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.

2. I don't like my item, can I return it?

  • We produce all orders individually for each client. If the product has already been manufactured and delivered, there is no possibility of returns.

3.How long does it take for a refund?

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days.
